Launch Application:
1. Start Plato DVD Ripper
Professional, You will see its main interface

In this window, you could view dvd play status, such as current title, current time , subtitle, audio track .... |
| 8.Output profile |
Here You could select a predefine output profile for each video type |
| 9.Output folder |
Select a folder for output video |
| 10.Record button |
Click this button to start record dvd to output video |
| 11.Menu |
Right click the preview window, could show the popup menu, select audio track, subtitle, go to specify title, chapter, time .... |
Step 2: Click "Open ..." button to open DVD disc or DVD directory, see below :

Step 3: Then Plato DVD Ripper Professional could fast forward to main title of movie..., eg :

Step 4: Right click the preview window, popup the menu, You can change audio track, subtitle before recording, eg :

Step 5: Select output video format in left panel, you could select AVI, MPEG, iPod , iPhone, PSP, Mobile 3GP, WMV, Zune, FLV etc ,eg AVI:

Step 6: Select a profile for corresponding output video format ,two choice :
(1)you could select customize setting in profile, and set video quality, video codec, video size, audio quality by self) eg

(2)or you could choose a predefined profile eg :

| Video Size |
Set frame size (width*heigh or abbreviation). eg:320*240,368*208 |
| Aspect Ratio |
Proportional height and width of a video image. 4:3,16:9 or 1.3333,1.7777 |
| Audio Codec |
Force audio codec |
| Audio Bitrate |
Refers to how many data storage is allocated to store audio signals. The higher audio bitrate, the better audio quality (in kbit/s) |
| Sample Rate |
Defines the number of samples per second (or per other unit) taken from a continuous signal to make a discrete signal. (in Hz) |
| Audio Channels |
Set number of audio channels |
| Audio Volume |
You can change output audio volume here. The default volume level is 100% (original volume) |
| Output Format |
Force output file format,eg, avi, mpeg , ipod mp4, iphone , apple tv , psp, ps3, wmv , flv , 3gp, mov... |
Step 7: Select output folder for output file

Step 8: Click "start" to begin recording ,then it will pop up a dialogue , here you could determine from where begin to record:
(1) from current play point (2) from title begin (3) set specific time to start
